Hall hire
The Church, Hall, Kitchen and “Meeting House” are available for hire when not in use by church organisations.
The Hall is large and spacious, with a sprung wooden floor. Equipment includes 100 chairs, 12 folding tables, blackout curtains, a sound amplification system and audio loop. The entrance door has a wheelchair ramp, and the suite of toilets include one with disabled access. There is also an area (“the meeting house”) at the rear of the church sanctuary, suitable for meeting etc up to around 20 people. More details of the premises are in the Hall User Guide (below).
Hire charges (from September 2025) are as follows:
Standard rate:
- Hall: £20/hour (see note below)
- Meeting house: £10/hour (unheated), £15/hour (heated)
- Church: funerals £150, weddings £250
Use of kitchen for hot water (tea, coffee-making) and hand-washing of cups, plates etc only is included in above fees, but there is an additional charge of £10/hour to use the kitchen if oven, hob and/or dishwasher are required.
Reduced rate (for local, non-profit and charity events):
- Hall: £15/hour
- Hall: £50 (coffee mornings)
