Food by Candlelight : Friday 24th FebruaryAs part of the eco-group’s Food Focus February, and in honour of a notable birthday for a popular lady, Elissa, Anne and Mo organised a wonderful festive meal on Friday evening (24th Feb). Sixty guests enjoyed a three course meal, interspersed with a food-themed quiz. We all sang a special song, with lyrics by John Nichol, then the cake was cut, and Happy Birthday sung. An excellent evening, enjoyed by all.

Christmas Lunch 2016Christmas Day lunch went very well for our first attempt. 21 people booked in advance with a few unfortunately ill so couldn’t make the actual day.
We had 18 in total and an enjoyable time was had by all. Great company, good music, pass the parcel, sing along and 3 course lunch with wine. We even had an appearance from Santa bearing gifts.
There was lots of fun and laughter and a special thanks to those who gave donations towards the occasion.
It was so lovely to share Christmas Day with friends old and new as a Church Family. People have already asked to put their names down again for this year ! so due to popular demand, Save the Date !
