    An evening of music, words and images by international storyteller, photographer and musician, Christian Stejskal.

    Christian says, “In my performance “The Upper Room” I narrate chapters 13-17 of John faithfully and by heart. I have traveled the Middle-east in the footsteps of Jesus Christ and photographed the cultural landscape in Israel and Egypt in search of visual motives, illustrating the Biblical scenes, which I display on a screen while rendering the Holy Scriptures”.

    The performance will last approximately 75 minutes.

    Doors open 6pm

    Tickets: £8

    Concessions (children, students, 60+): £6

    Tear Fund Big Quiz night, 2024

    Once again, we are joining with churches all across the UK in Tear Fund’s Big Quiz night. A fun evening for all ages, raising funds for Tear Fund’s work with the world’s poorest.

    It’s this Saturday, 16th November, starting at 7pm.

    Come along as a team, or as an individual, and we can join you up with others to form a team on the night.  Entry is £15 for a team of 4, or £5 for an individual.

    Tea and coffee provided, but BYOB and nibbles.    See you there!

    Guatemala fundraiser , 4th Oct 2024

    What a great evening we had celebrating Guatemalan culture with corn tortillas, refried beans, bean stew and rice, singing and, of course, a piñata for both the young folk and the adults!

    It was inspiring to hear from our Guatemalan friends about their ministry.  The event raised a total (so far) for the Guatemala project of £415.
